Shipping policy

All our orders are shipped USPS or UPs

• In some instances, packages remain in “pre-shipment” for the term of its journey to you. This means the item may arrive at your door while tracking on the USPS / UPS interface is still pending. USPS / UPS says, in the interest of moving packages along faster, some facilities forego scanning. We do ship all packages USPS / UPS for the sake of keeping things tidy and send out tracking numbers for all shipments so you can track your items as well.
• Unfortunately, we are only able to view the same information from USPS / UPS. 
• If you need express shipping, message us and we will gladly assist.
• If you are wanting an out-of-stock item and wanting to purchase as pre-stock. Please e-mail us and we will gladly assist. Please, note this may delay your items a few weeks.
